A New Season for Giving
A new season means a fresh perspective, a bit of purging and focusing on joy not just for yourself, but for others. As our founder curated her latest faves, her lens was from that of giving. Yes, perhaps to yourself but maybe even giving to a friend. A birthday gift. A just because gift (who wouldn't love get a new coffee mug, just because?!). A gift to celebrate a promotion or engagement. A gift to say thank you to an employee. A little goes a long way and why wait until Christmas to get into the spirit of giving?!
New Hues
The Fall season also comes in with a new color palette some ideas on ways to bring in a new hue to your home. Don't underestimate the art of a candle! Or some new towels for your bathroom. Or a refresh of your throw pillows. These little touches go a long way and can bring the right amount of joy into any room!
The Staples
Last, if Ann has learned anything as she has gotten older it's this: curate your closet with staples. Products that will live with you for years to come (ahem, Ann lives in these Nike shoes). A classic white button down. The best Old Navy workout pants that ever existed (no joke). It's important that your closet works for you and that we can eliminate some easy decisions in our days and these pieces help with that!
Bringing It All Together
Ann's heart in sharing her favorites with you all is always about making your life a little better and inspiring you to do the same for others. This isn't about buying things just to buy them. It's about sharing products that are, well, productive. The right workout pants may inspire you to walk a bit more. The cute candles that may be perfect for your friend who deserves a surprise and delight. A quick manicure for $6 vs. the splurge at your local salon.
Stay tuned for more of Ann's favorite finds next month, and remember, it’s all about designing the life you love!
We hope this collection inspires you as much as it has inspired us. Don’t forget to follow Ann Lopez on Instagram at @annlopezliving for more design tips and style inspiration!
