Project Reveal // Bay Harbor Islands House

It's 90 degrees outside and it's time to enjoy all the Miami tropical vibes

at our Bay Harbor Islands project!

Once again, through this partial renovation, I had the privilege to bring to life the essence of my brand, approachable luxury. I also had the honor to work with the most amazing clients in Miami's most vibrant island towns.

Now, let's walk through the sophisticated spaces, ready for a dinner party or a playdate. The best part, you can shop my favorites as you read.

THE KITCHEN

Yes, the most important room in every home, and for this house. Because everyone always congregates around the kitchen, we kicked off this project by adding a new backsplash, painting existing cabinets, updating the hardware, and connecting the kitchen island to close it off and add counter space.

THE BREAKFAST NOOK

One of my favorite ways to maximize space is adding a restaurant-inspired breakfast nook, complete with distinctive sconces and a mirror. We had to be family-friendly for this client but we didn't want to lose the adult sophistication and we think we nailed it as such!

Designer tip: Mirrors are the best way to brighten up any room and make spaces feel larger and more open!

THE BATHROOMS

In the powder room, we went all tropical, because - Miami. The updated hardware turned a small, overlooked space into a conversation starter, and this bold, fun Serena & Lily wallpaper had me at Buenos Días!

The Jack & Jill bath got a fun refresh with new tile, new flooring, and just like in the breakfast nook, unique sconces make their way here to make this space stand out.

THE LIVING ROOM

Seriously, my favorite part of the house! Is it the blue accent chairs? Maybe it's the coastal art that flows nicely in almost every room in the house and anchors the entire place, or maybe is my love patterned pillows, I'm not sure yet, but I love it all!

Truthfully, this room answers to the needs my clients entrusted me with, to have a place that feels inviting for grown-ups and safe for their littles.
