I can't believe it's 2021. We made it and we're thriving! With that comes my first project reveal of the year and it's truly a gem. You may have already seen a sneak peek of this Modern Boca Colonial because I've revealed the drybar (with some of my favorite tile from Ann Sacks, I might add). But the rest of this project turned out so incredible, you have to see it for yourself!
And per usual, no house is complete without a signature Gray Malin, right? And this client went all out and we had Gray ALL OVER THE PLACE! Ha. We had the best time incorporating coastal art with modern textiles and a bit of neutrals in between. I really wanted to keep the integrity of the home and the location as well and the client was v. happy SO, it's a win-win!
PROJECT DETAILS:
Location: Boca Raton, Florida
Type of Project: Kitchen renovation + furnishings and decor of the first floor of the home
Square Footage: 2,000
Interior Designer: Ann Ueno
Okay, can we talk about this tile in the dry bar? I am heart and soul for Kelly Wearstler and Ann Sacks. HEART. AND. SOUL. I think it's one of the best design partnerships and this tile proves me right.
